At Dental Training Solutions, our ultimate goal is to focus on infection control compliance so you don’t have to. We turn theory into practice to take the guesswork away from dental office staff so they can better serve their patients and provide the best care without the risk of non-compliance. With the helpful guidance of Dental Training Solutions, we make it possible for you to focus on what you do best, with peace of mind.
Bottom line: We love people – especially dental people. We want to help you achieve your full potential, and we believe that starts with understanding the compliance of all health and safety regulations. We are clinicians first & educators second, so our training will be relevant and practical to what you need to know to keep you compliant.
Our Founder
Lori Serna-Pate, RDH, MEd
President and CEO
Hi, my name is Lori Serna-Pate, and Dental Training Solutions was created to continue the dedicated services of Dr. Melissa Mulreany, DDS and MJM Health Training Concepts in the pursuit of helping dental professionals reach the highest standards in safety and compliance. With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, I have served as the designated infection control and OSHA Compliance Officer at a wide array of dental practices while practicing Dental Hygiene. I have had the pleasure of speaking for various associations, including Head Start, and similar outreach organizations. I am also a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, the Maryland Dental Hygiene Association, Howard County Dental, and the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP).
My educational background includes Microbiology studies at San Diego State University, a Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University, and a Master’s in Education from Framingham State College. The combination of these studies have led me into a field I am remarkably passionate about, and it is my privilege to bring that passion into your dental practice to help you set your practice up for success.
